Our Commitment
Security is fundamental to how we operate at Tasknous. We understand that you trust us with sensitive business information, and we take that responsibility seriously. This page outlines our approach to protecting your data.
Data Protection
Encryption
All data transmitted to and from our systems is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
Access Controls
We implement strict access controls based on the principle of least privilege. Only team members who need access to specific data to perform their work are granted that access.
Secure Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is hosted on industry-leading cloud providers with SOC 2 Type II certification. We regularly review and update our security configurations.
Operational Security
- Regular Security Reviews: We conduct periodic security assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Incident Response: We maintain an incident response plan to quickly address any security events. Affected clients will be notified promptly if their data is impacted.
- Employee Training: All team members receive security awareness training and follow secure development practices.
- Vendor Management: Third-party vendors are vetted for security practices and bound by confidentiality agreements.
Client Data Handling
When working on client projects:
- We only access data necessary for the engagement
- Client data is isolated and not shared between projects
- Data is retained only for the duration necessary to complete work
- Upon project completion, data can be deleted upon request
- We can sign NDAs and custom security agreements as needed
Compliance
We are committed to meeting industry standards and can work with clients who have specific compliance requirements. We can provide documentation of our security practices upon request for enterprise engagements.
