Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tasknous services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Tasknous provides business analysis, auditing, and execution services. Our services include but are not limited to:

Business process analysis and optimization
Data analysis and visualization
Website and conversion audits
Internal tools development
Strategic consulting and implementation

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services
Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
Pay for services as agreed in your service agreement
Respect intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own any custom deliverables created specifically for your project. Tasknous retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and tools used to deliver our services.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Similarly, you agree to keep our proprietary methodologies confidential.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

A deposit may be required before work begins
Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt
Late payments may incur additional fees

Limitation of Liability

Tasknous provides analysis and recommendations based on the information provided. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our recommendations or for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide any completed deliverables and a summary of work in progress.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
